Ớt Gà Đen ("Black Rooster Chili") is a Vietnamese-American chili sauce made the way it's made at home — by hand, in small batches, with nothing you can't pronounce.

The Original Recipe is our everyday workhorse: bright habanero heat balanced with lime, garlic, and slow-cooked onion. Spoon it over rice, eggs, noodles, grilled meat — anything that needs waking up.

Our mother's recipe — Vietnamese soul, California fire. Kept in the family for over twenty years, finally shared.
