Subscriptions, in plain terms
Some of our products can be purchased as a subscription with automatic recurring deliveries. Subscriptions are billed automatically at the frequency you choose at checkout, until you cancel.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel, pause, or skip a delivery at any time — no fees, no minimum commitment, no phone call required. Manage your subscription through the customer account portal (the link in your order confirmation and subscription emails), or email us at hello@otgaden.com and we'll take care of it.
Timing
To avoid being charged for your next delivery, cancel or skip before your next billing date shown in your subscription portal. Orders that have already been billed and processed will still ship, and are covered by our standard Refund Policy.
Changes
You can also change your delivery frequency, update your address, or swap products through the same portal at any time.
Same voice as the others — generous, zero-friction, plain language. One thing to verify when you paste it: open your Appstle settings and confirm cancellations are actually set to customer-managed with no minimum cycles — if Appstle is configured with a minimum commitment (some setups require, say, 3 cycles), the policy needs to say that instead, so tell me and I'll adjust the wording. The policy and the app behavior have to match, or the policy wins in a dispute.
