1. How hot is it?
Original Recipe is a 3 out of 5 — real habanero heat, balanced, made for everyday eating. Crazy Recipe is a 5 out of 5. It's on the black label for a reason.

2. What's actually in it?
Habanero, salt, sugar, olive oil, lime, garlic, onions. That's the whole list. No preservatives, no MSG, nothing artificial.

3. Do I need to refrigerate it?
Yes — keep your jar refrigerated after opening. Shelf life details are printed on the jar.

4. What do I put it on?
Everything. Phở, eggs, tacos, pizza, noodles, fried rice, marinades, bánh mì. "Delicious on everything" started as family testimony, not a slogan.

5. Is it only for Vietnamese food?
Not at all. The recipe is Vietnamese at heart, but the habanero came from our California neighbors. Ớt Gà Đen was built to cross borders.

6. Why is it sometimes sold out?
